The staff showed so much care, it. I especially thank Ghota, Mehyan and Gale for their help, they assisted me nicely. The experience was amazing, I will never forget it. Thank you to everyone again.
The car park became busy at night. The security asked me to park outside of the hotel and there was less security for vehicles.

The room was acceptable.
The restaurant staff were unwilling to assist with heating baby food (even simple requests). I had to go outside the hotel and pay extra to get this done. This was very inconvenient. I was denied permission to bring a small bowl of cereal with milk from the breakfast buffet to my room for my young child.

the hotel was very clean, i noticed immediately. breakfast included a wide variety of items. the staff were helpful and always had a smile, especially afnan, hamza, and asanka, their service stood out. i appreciate their warm hospitality!

Service from the staff was very good. Nelson, Shorouk and Jassem were really good. I saw this team and both times were very pleasant.
The gym, it is too small. Air conditioning in there wasn't effective. The pool is not very enjoyable too. Parking is always a problem due to limited space.

I was charmed by the friendly staff. Asanka at reception was particularly helpful. The room cleaning service was perfect, and I could easily arrange cleaning times. I also valued the secure basement parking. The convenient location near the Lulu hypermarket was a plus for quick shopping.
I noticed a few flies in the dining hall, slightly off-putting during breakfast. I found yogurt which was sealed, so I ate that instead.
